We may process account contact details, company name, wallet addresses you submit, agent policy text, transaction samples, risk labels, webhook configuration, audit report content, support messages, and product analytics. Do not submit seed phrases, private keys, personal passwords, or confidential credentials.
How we use data
We use data to provide wallet permission monitoring, generate policy and audit outputs, process checkout and onboarding, secure the service, respond to support, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Payments
Crypto payment checkout is handled by NOWPayments. We receive payment status, invoice identifiers, plan selection, and confirmation signals needed to provision service. We do not store full payment credentials or private wallet keys.
AI-assisted processing
Some report generation or classification features may use automated analysis or LLM-assisted workflows. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted data is appropriate for processing and that you have rights to provide it.
Analytics and security
We collect product analytics such as page views, checkout starts, events, referrer data, and device-level information to understand conversion, reliability, fraud, and abuse. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.
Sharing

Retention
We retain records as long as needed for service delivery, security, legal compliance, dispute handling, and legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion of eligible account data, subject to payment, legal, security, and audit retention needs.

You should avoid submitting unnecessary personal data, should not submit secrets, and should confirm that wallet data, policy text, and transaction samples can lawfully be processed for your organization.
